摘要
目的关注妊娠期营养,提高母婴健康水平。方法通过教育大课、个别指导,宣传小册子等形式,对新乡市第一人民医院2006年1月—2007年1月的1213位孕妇进行孕期营养的健康教育。结果没有孕妇因营养不良或营养过剩而患各种疾病。结论对孕妇进行有计划的孕期营养的健康教育活动,可有效降低妊娠期母儿发病率,提高母婴健康水平。
[ Objective] To draw a close attention to the nutrition in pregnancy and improve the health level of the mothers and infants. [ Methods] Health education was conducted among 1213 pregnant women on nutrition in pregnancy between January 2006 and January 2007 through education classes, individual guidance and brochures. [ Results] No pregnant woman was found to have any diseases induced by malnutrition or supernutrition. [ Conclusion] Calculated health education on the nutrition in pregnancy can effectively reduce the morbidity among the mothers and embryos in pregnancy and improve the health level of the mothers and embryos.
