摘要
为探讨猪屎豆作为家兔饲料的可行性及其开发利用前景,对猪屎豆进行了栽培试验和家兔饲养试验,结果:当年栽培的猪屎豆刈割3次,一年鲜草总产量为50420kg/hm2;经测定,猪屎豆的干物质中含粗蛋白21.0%、粗脂肪2.30%、粗纤维20.70%、粗灰分7.00%、水分10.20%、钙1.36%、磷0.48%;试验组与对照组兔绝对增重分别为4300g与4160g,差异不显著(P>0.05);对照组与试验组的饲料利用率分别为38.62%和40.56%,猪屎豆的饲料利用率高于对照组。结果表明:添加30%猪屎豆可以代替苜蓿草粉喂兔,有较大的开发利用价值。
Feasibility of Crotalaria mucronata Desv as feed for rabbit and its development prospect are explored results are as followed： （1）The annual output of Crotalaria mucronata Desv was about 50 420 kg/hm^2, and it could be cut 3-4 times every year. （2） In the dry material, the crude protein, the crude fat, the coarse fiber, the ash, the calcium and the phosphorus is 21.00%, 2.30%, 20.70%, 7.00%, 10.20%, 1.36%, 0.48% respectively.（3）The absolute weight gain of rabbit did not differ significantly between the test group and the control one（4 300g vs 4 160g,P〉0.05）. Feed conversion efficiency of the control group and the test one is 38.62%,40.56% respectively, and the feed conversion efficiency of Crotalaria mucronata Desv is higher than that of the basic feed. The results indicate that adding 30% the Crotalaria mucronata Desv can replace Medicago sativa diets to feed the rabbit, which has greater development and utilization value.
