摘要
研究了低品位氧化锰矿经还原焙烧、硫酸浸出得到的原料液中钙镁杂质的祛除工艺。研究结果为:用30%的P507加70%的磺化煤油作为萃取剂;控制原料液初始pH值0.2左右;相比1∶1;常温五级逆流萃取镁、钙的萃取率分别为72.06%和48.97%,锰的损失为6.35%。既有效脱除了钙镁,又抑制锰的损失,同时还避免了通常所用的氟化物沉淀法腐蚀设备的缺点。
The technology of removal of Calcium and Magnesium impurity from Solution which was prepared by reduction roasting of low - grade manganese oxide ore and leaching with sulfuric acid was studied. The results reads as follows:using 30% P507 added 70% sulfonated kerosene as extraction solvent; keeping PH of solution about 0.2 at the beginning;phase ration l:l. With five- stage countercurrent extraction at ambient tempera- ture,extraction yield of magnesium and calcium is 72.6% and 48.97% respectively, and loss of manganese is 6.35 %. This technology not only removes calcium and magnesium effectively, restraining loss of manganese, but also avoids erosion of devices traditional fluoride precipitation method produces.
