摘要
随着城市交通的发展,城市道路的交通安全成为一个日趋严峻的问题,建立城市道路交通安全评价体系有着十分重要的意义。根据交通安全的现状,分析了交通系统中影响交通安全的各种因素:道路、车辆、驾驶员、交通环境、交通管理等等。这些因素相互关联,共同影响道路交通安全,构成一个道路交通体系。通过分析研究国内外城市道路交通安全的评价方法,并结合已有的数据和模型提出了适合目前国内交通现状的评价模型。该评价模型以模糊数学评价法和层次分析法为基础,通过模糊评价模式计算评价指标的隶属函数,用层次分析法计算各指标间的权重系数,从而得到城市道路交通安全的综合评价值。
With the development of urban traffic, traffic safety is getting more and more attention. It is very important to establish an evaluation system for traffic safety. According to current situation of traffic safety, many factors are taken into account, such as road, vehicle, driver, environment, traffic management and so on, which effect one another and together have a function on traffic safety. After comparative analysis of evaluation methods for urban traffic safety, both home and abroad, a suitable e valuation model is constructed through combination of known data and models. The model is based on fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process. In the model, the membership function of evaluation indexes is obtained through fuzzy evaluation mode computing. And weight coefficients among factors are got through analytic hierarchy process. Consequently, an integrated evaluation value for urban traffic safety is acquired.
