磷酸氢镁吸附法处理氨氮废水的工艺条件 被引量:9

STUDY ON OPTIMAL CONDITIONS OF ABSORBING AMMONIA-NITROGEN IN WASTEWATER WITH MHP

摘要 提出了磷酸氢镁(MHP)吸附法处理氨氮废水的新方法,研究了pH值、温度、MHP投加量对MHP吸附行为的影响。研究表明,pH值与MHP投加量是影响废水氨氮去除效果的主要因素,在室温及pH值9.5的条件下,铵离子浓度为900mg/L的氨氮模拟废水经投加20g/L的MHP吸附处理,其氨氮去除率可达95%以上。此方法的特点是MHP吸附氨氮生成的磷酸铵镁(MAP)经热分解后,可同时回收高浓度氨水及再生MHP,实现氨氮的回收和MHP的循环使用。 A novel method has been reported to absorb the ammonia-nitrogen from wastewater utilizing MgHPO4 (MHP).The factors such as pH, temperature and the dosage of MHP were studied. It showed that the pH and the dosage of MHP were two primary factors. The ammonia-nitrogen removal rate was above 95% at room temperature ,pH=9.5 and adding 20g/L MHP to absorb the ammonia-nitrogen with NH4^+ initial concentration 900mg/L .The advantage of this method is that high concentration ammonia solution can be recovered and the adsorbent MHP can be easily regenerated by heat decomposition of the MgNH4PO4.6H2O (MAP). This process is an effective method that to recycle not only the ammonia but also the MHP.
