摘要
【目的】比较不同方法诱导泌乳期母羊发情的效果,同时通过测定血清中激素变化规律研究诱导发情机理。【方法】将35只泌乳60 d的小尾寒羊随机分为5组(n=7),第Ⅰ和第Ⅱ组分别放置含有5 mg和2.5 mg溴隐亭的炔诺酮阴道缓慢释放装置(NRID),第Ⅲ组放置NRID后的第3,4天各口服溴隐亭2.5 mg,第Ⅳ组仅放置NRID,以上4组在去除NRID时配合促性腺激素处理,第Ⅴ组为对照组。在处理的0,3,6,9,13,15,17 d早晨8:00采血,分离血清,放射免疫分析法测定血清中促卵泡素(FSH)、促黄体素(LH)、促乳素(PRL)、孕激素(P4)、雌激素(E2)的浓度。【结果】第Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组诱导泌乳母羊发情率分别为100%,71.4%,57.1%和57.1%。第Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组发情羊血清中FSH浓度有缓慢升高的趋势,15 d时FSH浓度高于对照组;第Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组发情羊血清中PRL浓度迅速下降;第15天时,第Ⅰ组和第Ⅱ组发情羊血清中E2浓度迅速升高到95.34和117.55 pg/mL,显著高于同组13 d以前的E2浓度,其余3组发情羊血清中E2浓度在发情期间无明显变化;第Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组发情羊血清中P4浓度在发情时显著降低,达到基础水平;各组发情羊血清中LH浓度在试验期间无规律变化。【结论】使用溴隐亭和孕激素并配合注射促性腺激素能有效诱导泌乳期小尾寒羊发情,溴隐亭以阴道缓释给药的方式较好。
[Objective] The aim of this research was to compare the effects of different oestrus induction methods in lactating ewes and demonstrate the mechanism of oestrus induction by determination of the serum. [Method] 35 lactating ewes of 60 days were divided into 5 groups ( Ⅰ Ⅱ ,Ⅲ , Ⅳ, Ⅴ) randomly. The sheep in group Ⅰ were treated with NRID (the main component was 18-Norgestrel) containing 5 mg bromocryptine. The similar component except the content of bromocryptine declined into 2.5 mg were used in group Ⅱ. In group Ⅲ ,NRID was used and 2.5 mg bromocryptine was perosed on the 3rd and 4th day respectively. The sheep in group Ⅳ were treated with NRID only. After it,Group Ⅰ, Ⅱ,Ⅲ , Ⅳ were treated with FSH and Group V was control group. Blood samples were collected at 8:00 AM on 0,3rd,6th,9th, 13th,15th,17th day of the research,and the serum was separated and stored in -20℃ respectively. The concentrations of FSH,LH,PRL,P4 and E2 in the serum were measured by radioimmunoassay,and the oestrus induction mechanism was analyzed. [Results] The estrus rate of Group Ⅰ ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ were 100%, 71.4% ,57.1% ,57.1% respectively. The concentration of serum FSH increased slowly and it was higher than that in group V on the 15th day of the research. In group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ , group Ⅲ, the concentration of serum PRL declined significantly. On the 15th day the treatment, the serum concentration of E2 of the estrous sheep in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ increased to 95.34 pg/mL and 117.55 pg/mL rapidly,which was higher than that 13 days before,and there weren't significant changes in the sheep of the other 3 group. In group Ⅰ , group Ⅱ ,group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ ,the concentration of serum P4 declined suddenly to the basal level in oestrus (P〈0.05) ,but the concentration of serum LH changed irregularly during the test. [Conclusion] The conclusion was that oestrus induction with bromocryptine, progestogen and gonadotropine is effective in lactating ewes and administration of bromocryptine via vagina is a better way.
