摘要
对小麦2个环境敏感型雄性不育系和23个恢复系间的产量相关性状的配合力研究表明:二系杂交小麦产量优势主要取决于单位面积穗数优势,穗粒数的负效应显著;穗数的遗传受加性效应控制;粒重的遗传受加性和非加性共同作用,但以加性效应为主;穗粒数的遗传表达较为复杂,与雄性不育性状的恢复能力有关;产量的遗传以加性效应为主。提出了大幅度提高二系杂交小麦产量构成中穗粒数的超亲优势,是超高产二系杂交小麦组合选育的关键。
The studies on the combining ability of related yield characters between 2 environmental sensitive male sterility lines and 23 restorer lines showed that the yield dominance of two-line hybrid wheat depended on spike dominance unit area and the kernel per spike had significant negative effect.The heredity of the number of spike was controlled by the effect of additive genes.The heredity of kernel weight was controlled by the combined action of additive and non-additive effect,with the additive effect as main.the expression of the heredity of the number of kernel was more complex,maybe it related with the recovery ability of male sterility.The heredity of yield was mainly resulted from the effect of additive genes.So,it was suggested that greatly increasing the super-parent heterosises of the kernel per spike in yield composition of two-line wheat was the key of breeding two-line hybrid wheat combinations with super-high yield.
