摘要
本文根据笔者多年从事仪表自动化系统维护经验,分析了化工企业PLC系统故障(主要是干扰故障)原因,总结了排除化工企业PLC系统故障的方法和措施。文中提出了软件和硬件两种方法来排除干扰故障,提出了运行时常开触点干扰故障多于运行时常闭触点。
In this paper, we analyzes the causes of the failures （interference failure is the main failure） in PLC system of Chemical Plants and summarizes methods and measures for the elimination of those failures based on the experience during the years engaged in the maintenance of automation system. Software and hardware methods are both proposed, and it is also concluded that normal open contacts have more interference failures than normal closed contacts during the running of the system.
