摘要
注射泵是一种数字化、智能化的医疗仪器,主要用于临床上实现高精度的输注药液。现在大部分注射泵控制系统的核心器件都采用C51单片机,由于C51单片机的功能和接口有限,为了满足系统复杂的控制要求,需要增加大量的外围电路。但是,外围电路增加的同时也导致了系统体积、功耗、故障率以及成本的增加。提出了一种用新型单片机uPSD3234构建的智能注射泵控制系统,并描述了它的设计思想以及各部分的硬件和软件实现。使用此单片机大大减少了系统外围部件,使整个系统在功耗、可靠性等方面都得到了很大的改善。
Syringe pump is an intelligentized digital medical device which is used to provide accurate, safe infusions of drugs to patients. The kernel of most syringe pump systems is C51 SCM. As the ports and function of C51 SCM are limited, it is necessary to add peripheral equipment to meet the complicated control demand. But it will result in the increase on the system's bulk, costs and rate of failure. An intelligent syringe pump based on uPSD3234 SCM is put forward in this paper, which depicts the design idea, the hardware modules and the software design of the control system. The use of uPSD3234 SCM makes great improvement on the system's reliability and energy consumption.
