摘要
牙周病是常见的口腔疾病,是造成中国成年人失牙的最重要原因。为进一步探讨牙周病的发病机制、病理学特点以及治疗效果和疗效的评价,动物模型被广泛应用。建立牙周病动物模型的方法,主要是用生物的、物理的、化学的和各种环境因子作用于实验动物。生物学因素包括细菌、病毒、寄生虫等致病原,通过接种而使正常动物发生疾病。文章就牙周病动物模型的建立方法进行综述。
Periodontitis is an usual type of nonnasality disease,which has been confirmed to be the vital reason that causes adults to loose teeth. To further discuss the pathogenesis, pathology characteristics, curative effect, experimental animals have been used widely. The method inducing periodontitis animal model contains biological ,physical ,chemical ,and various kinds of environment factors. Biological factors includes bacterium virus, parasite, and so on, which were inoculated in animals to induce the disease. This paper introduces the recent studies on periodontitis animal model.
