摘要
利用实验室发酵产生的白腐菌Flammulina velutipes高产漆酶与HBT组成的漆酶/介体系统(LMS)处理高卡伯值马尾松KP,确定LMS处理的最佳工艺条件:漆酶用量5.0IU/g,温度50℃,介体用量3%,pH值3.0~4.5。并结合后续漂白,对马尾松KP含LMS漂白的儿种TCF漂白流程进行了比较,探讨了高卡伯值马尾松KP含LMS处理的TCF漂白的可行性。实验结果证明,该漆酶是一种漂白能力强、脱木素选择性好的高效生物酶;该漆酶漂白纸浆的同时,可有效改善纸张强度。
Laccase from fungus Flammulina velutipes, with the presence of HBT ( 1-hydroxybenzotriazole), was used to improve the totally chlorine-free (TCF) bleaching efficiency of Masson's pine kraft pulp with 27.4 kappa number. The conditions of enzyme treatment were optimized as the charge of laccase 5.0 IU/g pulp, temperature 50℃ and the charge of mediator 3%, pH value 3.0-4.5. Different TCF bleaching sequences containing LMS treatment were evaluated from the properties of the final pulp and the strength properties (tensile, tear, and burst indexes) of the handheets. It was indicated that the laccase from Flammulina velutipes is efficient and with good deliguification selectivity in bleaching. Moreover, after LMS treatment and subsequent bleaching, the improvement of the pulp brightness is accompanied by prominent increase in strength properties of the handsheets.
