摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎(LN)的临床疗效。方法:58例LN患者随机分为两组,对照组28例,单纯西药治疗;治疗组30例,加服中药治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后近期总缓解率、药物不良反应发生率及生化指标与对照组比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗LN临床疗效好,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective：To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy on the treatment of lupus nephritis.Method：58 patients with lupus nephritis were randomly divided into treatment group （n=30）which was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy,and control group （n=28）which was treated with routine therapy （western medicine therapy ）.The clinical effect in both groups was observed and compared.Resttlts：In treat, ment group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of control group,and the side effect of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group.Conclusion：Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy： obviously superior to western medicine therapy alone on the treatment of lupus nephritis.
