摘要
目的探讨分娩方式与人格因素之间的相关性。方法研究2004-2005年住院分娩的初产妇200例,选择卡特尔十六项人格因素量表,并对其分娩方式进行观察统计,对影响因素做Logistic回归分析。结果选择剖宫产率为53.5%,自然分娩率为46.5%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,十六项人格因素中世故性、忧虑性、独立性进入回归方程。世故性、忧虑性与选择剖宫产呈负相关,独立性与选择剖宫产呈正相关。结论分娩方式的选择与人格因素有一定的相关性。
Objective To investigate the possible relationship between the mode of delivery and personality factor. Methods Cattel＇s 16 personality factor questionaire（16-PF） were applied to 200 pregnent women at general hospital in 2004 - 2005, the relationship between personality factors and mode of delivery which were analyzed with Logistic regession. Results The percentage of cesarean section and veginal delivery were 53.5% and 46.5% respectively. Analysis of Logistic regession showed that the factor of 16-PF which entered the regressive equation were worldly- wise, anxious, independence. Independence was related positively, and worldly-wise, anxious were related negatively to choice of ceasrean section. Conclusion The mode of delivery chioce and personality factor have certain relation.
