摘要
在小型燃煤鼓泡流化床上对稻秆低温燃烧的聚团现象进行了试验研究并对其机理进行了探讨。对所取床料样品的分析结果表明,床料中碱金属主要以钾并以KCl和K_2SO_4水溶性钾方式存在,且随着燃烧时间的增长碱金属在床料中呈增加趋势,同时床料聚团颗粒增多。对稻秆在650℃和700℃成灰的XRD检测也表明,稻秆在该温度范围内燃烧后灰的物相主要是KCl、K_2SO_4和SiO_2,而KCl和K_2SO_4的两相低温共熔温度约为684℃.说明KCl和K_2SO_4低温共溶对稻秆低温燃烧床料聚团具有重要作用。
The mechanism of low temperature aggolomeration for rice straw was studied in a coal-fired laboratory-scale fluidized bed. The test of bed material showed that the alkali metal is mainly consisted of water-soluble potassium as KCl and K2SO4, with the combustion time growing, the alkali metal in bad material accumulates and the agglomeration of bed material forms. The XRD analysis indicated that the ash of rice straw comubusted at 650℃ and 700℃ is mainly composed of KCl,K2SO4 and SiO2. The low eutectic temperature of KCl and K2SO4 is about 654℃. This displays low eutectic temperature of KCl and K2SO4 plays an important role on agglomeration of bed material at low combustion temperature.
