摘要
介绍了大型水平轴风力发电机组机械部件的疲劳载荷测试和寿命预测。设计、识别、计算、评估了疲劳载荷测试系统的载荷发生过程和数据处理过程。阐述了基于虚拟仪器技术的载荷数据采集和处理过程的工作状况。根据线性疲劳损伤相关理论和材料的疲劳载荷谱以及应力.寿命曲线得到了风力发电机组叶片和塔架的实测数据的寿命估计值。
Lifetime prediction and load fatigue measurement system of a huge horizontal axis wind turbine mechanism was considered. Load process and data processing were designed, identified, calculated and evaluated. Based on virtual instrument, a system of data accumulation and data processing worked well. According to liner damage theory, lifetime prediction was calculated from load spectrum and S-N curves of composite material and steel tower.
