摘要
目的实测检验护理操作技术难度评价指标体系的功能与品质。方法由50位护理专家/骨干对筛选出的10项有代表性的基础护理操作技术进行难度评价,再运用加权线性和法与模糊综合评价法进行综合评价;用克朗巴赫α系数、评分者信度系数评价实测表的可信度。结果静脉输血的难度最高(难度系数为1.47),生命体征的测量难度最低(难度系数为0.98);咨询表各项目的克朗巴赫α系数在0.7739-0.8601;以"卧位患者更换床单法"为例计算得到的评分者信度系数W为0.8745(χ^2=437.2436,P〈0.05)。结论实测表具有较好的内部一致性及评分者信度,所实测检验的指标体系具有较好的评价功能。
Objective To test the efficacy and reliability of a new evaluation index system for assessing the difficulty of nursing techniques. Methods Fifty nursing experts were invited to evaluate the difficulty of 10 representative basic nursing techniques. A comprehensive evaluation of the difficulty of the techniques was performed according to the weighted sum and Fuzzy synthetic evaluation. Cronbach alpha coefficient and Kendall coefficient were adopted to assess the stability and reliability of the new index system. Results Blood transfusion was the most difficult operation tested, with a difficulty index of 1.47 ; vital sign measurement had the lowest difficulty level, with a difficulty index of 0.98. Cronbach alpha coefficients of the 10 items of the scale ranged between 0. 7739 and 0. 8601. The Kendall coefficient of changing bed sheet for the bedridden patients was 0. 8745 (X^2 = 437. 2436, P 〈0.05). Conclusion The new system has good internal stability and scorer reliability with good applicability for assessing the difficulty of the nursing techniques.
