半定量RT-PCR方法研究microRNA393在旱处理后的孕穗期水稻叶片和穗部的表达情况 被引量:1

Expression of miR393 in Leaves and Panicles at the Booting Stage of Rice under Drought Stress with Semi-Quantitative RT-PCR

摘要 microRNAs是新近发现的一类具有重要功能的小分子RNA。研究表明,一些mi RNAs与植物抗逆反应相关。本文使用半定量RT-PCR的方法,研究了mi R393在旱处理后的孕穗期水稻叶片和穗部的表达情况。结果发现,mi R393在胁迫后的叶片和穗部表达上调。同时也发现,mi R393在胁迫前后穗部的表达略高于其在叶片中的表达。实验结果也表明,半定量RT-PCR适用于分析mi RNAs的表达。 MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of small regulatory RNAs, which involve in plant response to a variety of abiotic and biotic environmental stresses. In this study, we use Semi-Quantitative RT-PCR to detect the expression of miR393. The results showed miR393 was induced by drought and the induction of miR393 was more prominent in panicles than in leaves. The results also indicated Semi-Quantitative RT-PCR was the same with studing the expression of miRNAs.
