摘要
目的评估口腔诊室舒适环境对病人心理的影响。方法从口腔诊室的设计和"人性化"的服务来营造口腔诊室人性化,宾馆化的环境。结果明显缓解了病人就诊时焦虑,恐惧心理,加强了医患的沟通,提高了医疗质量。结论舒适的口腔门诊环境提高了医疗服务质量,减少了医疗纠纷的发生,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the oral clinical environment effect of influence for the psychology of the patient o Methods The oral clinical environment were designed for the patient and make they feel at home by our service. Result It was great effect of preventing the patient feeling bad, better communicating with the patient and improving the medical quality. Conclusion It was consider to be a better way to improving the medical quality , reduce the medical argument .It should be wide spread.
