摘要
古今对中风病因病机的认识,不外乎风、火、痰、瘀、虚、滞几个方面。然临床纵有痰、火、瘀、滞等病理状态存在,若无气机升降逆乱的始动因素,中风病亦不会发生。故气机升降逆乱才是中风病病机之关键。针对中风病气机逆乱的根本病机,采用调气法治之,通过调气达升清降浊、祛瘀、化痰、通络之功。
Generalizing the congnition of cause and pathogenesis of stroke from ancient to present, we find it concludes feng, ire, phlegm, stasis, deficiency, lag etc. There exists pathological states of feng, fire, phlegm, stasis, deficiency, lag in clinic. But stroke will not occur if there is not the induced factor of qi-movement disturbance. Therefore, authors consider qi-movement disturbance is the key cause and pathogenesis of stroke. Aiming at cause and pathogenesis of stroke, we take the method of regulating qi to treat them. Through regulating qi it can ascend lucidity and descned turbidity 、 remove blood stasis ,eliminate phlegm,dredge collaterals.
