摘要
以月桂酸钠和环氧氯丙烷为起始原料,在相转移催化剂十六烷基三甲基溴化氨作用下,经过两步反应,合成了二月桂酸甘油酯。以自制月桂酸甘油酯为原料,选择超声乳化法制备了抗坏血酸类脂质体。又分别用生物显微镜、透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜观察抗坏血酸类脂质体的显微形态结构和表面结构,说明甘油二酯能够形成纳米药物载体,为类脂质体的合成提供了一种原料。
Glyceryl dUaurate was synthesized through two steps reaction by sodium Laurate and epichlorohydrin with the help of phase translational catalyst cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide.Vc liposomes were prepared by the supersound method with glyceryl dUaurate as synthetic materials. The structure of liposome was determined by the biologic microscope, the transmission electronic microscope and the scanning electronic microscopy, The result showed that the shapes of Vc liposomes were round and well dispersed.
