摘要
以煤炭筛分存在的问题为背景,深入分析了筛分在煤炭洗选加工的作用,对近年来煤炭筛分研究和应用中的热点和难点问题进行了回顾。首先对概率筛分原理,等厚筛分原理,驰张筛分原理,弹性筛分原理,强化筛分原理进行了总结,介绍了颗粒运动学和筛分模型的新进展;其次对潮湿煤炭深度筛分堵孔机理和概率筛、强化筛、弹性杆振动筛、驰张筛、梯流筛、气流筛等深度筛分设备的研制和应用作了系统的阐述,指出了进行潮湿煤炭深度筛分设备研究和应用的必要性;最后对大型振动筛在国内外的研制现状进行综述,指出国产大型振动筛存在可靠性差的问题,提出研究新的筛分理论、发展物理方法来减轻颗粒粘附难题,使用动态分析技术、创造新的结构解决国产大型振动筛可靠性差的问题。
In this paper, we deeply analyzed the problem of screening in coal industrial. We look back a lot of issues and difficulties of research and application of coal screening in last few years. We show that there are two key problems which are blinding of deep screening and Reliability of large vibration screen. Firstly, we sump up the screening theory of probability screening, banana vibrating screening, probability - banana vibrating screening, flip - flow screening, elasticity screening, strong screening, and briefly introduce the grain kinematics and the progress of screening model. Secondly, we systemically expatiate the blocking of deep screening of moist coal and the development and application of the equipment of probability screen, strong screen, elastic bar screen, flip - flow screen, hydra screen and gas stream - screen classifier etc). We point out the necessity of research and application of deep screening equipment of moist coal. At last we point out that developing new screen theory, alleviating conglutinating of material, making use of dynamics analysis, creating new structure are main ways to solve the two key problems.
