摘要
陈凯教授应用中医中药治疗湿疹,内外兼顾,因人施治,效果显著。对急性湿疹,辨以湿热浸淫证,法以清热利湿止痒;慢性湿疹辨以湿毒内蕴证,法以除湿解毒,润肤止痒;老年乏脂性湿疹,辨以血虚风燥、阴虚内热证,法以滋阴养血疏风;婴幼儿急性湿疹辨以湿热内蕴证,法以清热利湿,佐以消导。
Professor CHEN Kai determines the treatment which has obvious effect in accordance with syndrome differentiation and the patient＇s individuality. For examples, acute eczema is treated as syndrome of excessive damp-heat by the method of clearing heat and dampness for relieving itch ;chronic eczema is treated as syndrome of accumulated damp-toxic by the method of removing dampness and toxic ,moistening skin and reliving itch; eczema of elderly with sebaceous deficiency is treated as syndrome of wind and dryness due to blood deficiency ,asthenic endogenous heat by the method of nourishing yin, tonifying the blood and dispersing wind; acute eczema of baby is treated as syndrome of accumulated damp-heat by the method of cleating heat and promoting diuresis combined with reducing food stagnation.
