摘要
公民对政府的评价是"改造政府"的重要途径。在政府可控的因素中,政府的工作作风、政府发布信息的可信度,政府回应、官员廉洁等;在不可控因素中,义务教育状况、环境状况等是主要的影响因素。将这些因素综合起来分析可以发现,政府在公共产品和公共服务的改善比经济发展更能有效地改善市民与政府的关系,加快公共服务型政府建设是市民的真实期待。
It is an important way to reinvent government through the citizen evaluation. Based on the survey in Tianjin, the working style, the credibility of the governmental information and the government responsible in the controllable variables, the condition of the compulsory education and the environmental protection in the uncontrollable variables, are the most important impact factors. The argument of the integrated analysis is the performance improvement of public goods, public service will improve the understanding of the government--citizen relations, and speeding up the construction of the government of public service style will meet the citizen＇ s demands.
