肝脏原始神经外胚叶肿瘤1例报告并文献复习 被引量：3

摘要 原始神经外胚层肿瘤（primitive neuroectodermal tumor，PNET）是一种少见的恶性肿瘤，可分为中枢性（cPNET）和外周性（pPNET）两类。虽然近年来pPNET的报道逐渐增加，但原发于肝脏的pPNET报道较少，国内尚未见报道。因发病罕见，临床及病理医师对其认识不足，易造成误诊或漏诊。我院2006年2月收治了1例肝脏pPNET病例，并结合文献复习，对本病的临床病理特点、诊断、治疗及预后做初步的探讨。
