摘要
根据JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》中规定的测量不确定度的分析步骤和方法,并依据实际测量数据,分析了净全辐射表校准结果的不确定度。净全辐射表白天(全波)校准结果的不确定度为:U95=9.11×10-2,净全辐射表夜间(长波)校准结果的不确定度为:U95=8.10×10-2。净全辐射表校准结果的不确定度较大,主要由仪器的光谱响应特性,温度响应特性,入射角响应特性和标准仪器组的测量不确定度等因素引起的。通过对校准结果的不确定度评定,更加了解净全辐射表的计量性能,同时也为净全辐射表的测量误差分析提供了基础。
According to the analysis steps and methods of the uncertainty in JJF 1059-1999《Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement》, the uncertainty of the calibration result of net pyrradiometer has been analyzed from an actual test data . The uncertainty of the calibration result of net pyrradiometer is U95 =9. 11× 10^-2 for day(all wavelengths) and Ugs = 8. 10×10^-2 for night (long wavelengths). The uncertainty is mainly caused by the characteristics of wavelength response, temperature, the sun's elevation and azimuth response in day, and standard instrument group's uncertainty.
