摘要
目的探讨手术室临床教学组护士专科化培训的有效方法,提高专科护理质量。方法在保证日常工作的同时采取理论授课,技术练兵,考核等方法,完成专科护士的培训。结果强化了专业人员素质和工作能力,促进临床教学质量。结论做好专科护士的培训工作,有利于建设一支高素质的专科护士队伍,有利于手术室的建设与发展。
Objective To explore the effective way of specialist nurse training performed by operation--room clinical teaching group in order to improve the quality of specialist nursing care. Methods While preformed the routine work, the operation--room clinical teaching group completed specialist nurse training by taking theory lecture, training the nurse＇s skill, and testing them. Results The nurse＇s professional quality and ability were strengthened and the quality of clinical teaching was promoted. Conclusions Specialist nurse training is benefit for forming a high--quality specialist nurse team and promoting the construction and development of the operation room.
