摘要
采用臭氧对椰壳活性炭进行氧化处理,考察了反应介质、氧化时间、臭氧气体流量对活性炭在模型汽油中脱硫性能的影响。结果表明,氧化处理可以改善活性炭的吸附脱硫性能,在反应介质为2mol/LNaOH、氧化时间为1.5h、臭氧气体流量为0.2m3/h的最佳处理条件下,活性炭的静态平衡吸附硫容可以达到21.50mg/g,穿透硫容可以达到14.21mg/g。油品中竞争物质对活性炭吸附噻吩性能的影响关系由强到弱依次为:芳烃>烯烃>烷烃。饱和活性炭采用乙醇再生的效果较好,经过3次使用后吸附性能没有明显下降。
Activated carbon made of coconut shell was oxidized by ozone and was used to remove sulfur compounds in model gasoline. The effects of reaction media,oxidation time and ozone gas flow on the sulfur removal rate were investigated. Results showed that under the optimum process conditions of using 2 mol/L NaOH as reaction media,an oxidation time of 1.5 h and an ozone gas flow of 0.2 m^3/h,the equilibrium adsorption capacity reached 21.50 mg/g and the breakthrough sulfur capacity reached 14. 21 mg/g. The effects of various hydrocarbons on the competitive adsorption of thiophene were investigated as well. It was observed that the influence of these hydrocarbons decreased in the order aromaties〉olefin〉alkane. The regeneration of saturated activated carbon was conducted using ethanol, acetone and petroleum ether as solvent, respectively, and ethanol was found to be the best. The adsorption performance of the regenerated activated carbon was basically unchanged after 3 cycles,which indicated said activated carbon was reusable.
