残角子宫早孕漏吸药流无效而引产致子宫破裂1例 被引量：1

摘要 病例 40岁，孕4产3，因停经46d于2004年3月10日就诊。末次月经2004年1月22日，平素月经规则，停经后有早孕反应，孕期无阴道流血史，当地医院B超提示早孕。既往身体健康，顺产1男2女。查体：T37℃，P70次／min，BP13.3／7．9kPa，心肺（-）。妇科检查：外阴（-），阴道畅，分泌物少色白无异味，宫颈1／3糜烂，着紫色，双合诊可扪及子宫前位偏右侧，质中饱满，双附件区（-），诊断为：早孕，即行人工流产手术，术后给3d抗生素预防感染，嘱1周随访。
