摘要
图书馆员是图书馆最重要的管理者及组织者,图书馆员的自身素质决定着现代化图书馆前进的步伐。本文分析了图书馆员的素质现状,指出信息时代图书馆员应具备的基本素质以及图书馆员提高自身素质的途径。
This paper analyzes the present situation of the quality of librarians,points out the quality that librarians should possess nowaday,and advances some approaches for improving the quality of librarians.
