实验性自身免疫性重症肌无力动物模型的建立

The Found of Animal Models of Experimental Autommune Myasthenis Gravis

摘要 实验性自身免疫性重症肌无力动物模型在临床表现、药理学、电生理、免疫学及组织学表现等方面已经证明与重症肌无力患者极为相似,是进一步研究人类重症肌无力的极佳工具。介绍实验性自身免疫性重症肌无力动物模型的各种制备方法、其检测指标及影响动物模型成功的因素。 The experimental autommune myasthenis gravis animal models and myasthenis gravis patients appearance have been proved to be very resemble in clinical manifestation, pharmacology, electrophysiology, immunology and histology. They are the best tools of researching mankind myasthenis gravis. This text mainly introduces the preparative method of making the experimental autommune myasthenis gravis animal models and the indicatrix and the factors which affect succeed.
