摘要
精明增长概念的提出是城市发展观念上的变革,介绍了精明增长产生的背景及内涵,并从"城市增长边界"理论、"TOD"模式等方面分析了精明增长对我国集约用地的启示。
The theory of smart growth is regarded as a new trend for urban development. This paper gives the background and concept of the smart growth, and the theory of urban growth Doundary and the pattern of TOD（Transit-Oriented Development）are reviewed, in the end the paper analyzed their enlightenment on land intensive utilization in China.
