心理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗效果分析 被引量：33

摘要 目的研究心理护理对妊娠糖尿病使用胰岛素治疗的效果。方法对58例GDM患者干预前(入院第2天)采取多种形式的宣教,阐述情绪对孕妇与胎儿的影响等,施行干预措施。出院前1 d进行问卷调查,同时抽血查空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hBG),干预前及干预后3个月查糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C),并进行比较。结果糖尿病基本知识及胰岛素使用的知识尽管干预后比干预前效果好,但差异无统计学意义。情绪对血糖、FBG、2hBG、HbA1C有影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠糖尿病患者及时、准确地进行心理指导,可以使血糖控制在正常范围,减少母婴并发症的发生与发展,确保母婴平安健康。
