摘要
目的研究两面针[Zanthoxylum nitidum(Roxb·)DC]的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱和反复凝胶柱色谱分离纯化,经理化常数测定,结合MS,IR,UV,1H-NMR、13C-NMR等现代波谱学技术及X-单晶衍射分析确定了其结构。结果通过分离鉴定,从两面针根部的乙醇提取物中得到了14个生物碱(Ⅰ~ⅩⅣ)和1个木脂素类(ⅩⅤ)化合物。结论化合物Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅵ,Ⅷ,Ⅸ和ⅩⅣ为首次从该植物中分离得到,并通过单晶X-射线衍射实验确证了化合物Ⅱ的结构。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituent in the root of Zanthoxylum nitidum ( Roxb. ) DC. METHODS Fifteen compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH - 20. The chemical structures of the compounds were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and spectral data, such as MS, IR, UV, ^1 H-NMR, ^13 C-NMR and X-ray crystallographic data. RESULTS Fourteen alkaloid compounds and a lignanoid were obtained from the ethanol extract of the root of the plant. CONCLUSION Compound Ⅱ , Ⅲ, Ⅵ,Ⅶ, Ⅸ and Ⅹ Ⅳ are reported from this pIant for the first time, the stereochemistry of compound 11 was confirmed by X-ray crystallographic evidence.
