摘要
非清晰精馏系统指利用多组分原料,生产若干不同配料的多组分混合物产品的分离过程,广泛用于化工和石油工业生产中,该类系统的综合研究是过程系统工程领域的前沿课题。本文归纳了该类系统的组合特性,详细介绍算法的基本原理、计算特点及适用范围,同时指出非清晰精馏系统综合研究的动向。
Nonsharp distillation system is the process for separating a single or several multicomponent feeds into several specified multicomponent products using distillation, splitting, blending and bypassing operations simultaneously and its objective is to minimize the total annual cost. This problem consists in chemical engineering and petroleum industry widely and there are three kinds of methods are used in the synthesis procedure, which include graphic methods, heuristic methods and algorithmic methods. The advantage of graphic methods is visual, but they cannot treat the complex problems accurately. The algorithmic methods can deal with the complex problems accurately, but they need large computations and do not always find the global optimum solutions. Most heuristic methods do not require special mathematical background, but the main difficulty for it is that some of the heuristics apparently contradict or overlap each other. So, the synthesis for this kind of process is one of the foremost topics in the field of process system engineering and its combining characteristic is concluded here. The basic principle, calculation behavior and the using ranges of some common algorithms are introduced in detail and also some new development trend is proposed in this paper.
