摘要
在无溶剂无催化剂条件下,取代-3-甲酰色酮与(硫代)巴比妥酸通过固相Knoevenagel缩合反应合成了一系列5.(取代色酮基-3-亚甲基)(硫代)巴比妥酸,收率68.0%~85.5%,其结构经^1H NMR确证。
A series of 5-(substituted-chromone-3-ylmethylidene) (thio) barbituric acids in yields of 68.0% - 85.5% were synthesized by Knoevenagel condensation between substituted-3-formylehromone and barbiturie acid or thiobarbiturie acid in solid phase without solvent and catalyst. The structures were confirmed by ^1H NMR.
