摘要
目的探讨体内抗生殖抗体与稽留流产的关系。方法采用ELISA方法,对72例稽留流产患者(观察组)和40例正常妊娠6￣16周孕妇(对照组),进行了抗精子抗体、抗子宫内膜抗体、抗HCG抗体和抗卵巢抗体的检测。结果观察组抗生殖抗体阳性率分别为AsAb阳性20例(27.7%)、EmAb阳性35例(48.6%)、AhcGAb阳性12例(16.7%)、AovAb阳性15例(20.8%);对照组抗生殖抗体阳性率分别为1例(2%)、2例(4%)、1例(2%)、0例(0%)。观察组的4种生殖抗体阳性率均明显高于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论以上4种抗生殖抗体可干扰卵的发育成熟、排卵、受精、胚泡着床和胚胎发育成熟等过程,体内4种抗生殖抗体与稽留流产密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between anti-reproductive antibodies and missed abortion. Methods With the method of ELISA, in this study, 72 cases with missed abortion were examined （experiment group） and 40 cases of normal 6-16 weeks pregnant women （control group） and checked are their anti-sperm antibody （AsAb）, antiendometrium antibody （EmAb）, anti-human choronic gonadotropin antibody （AhcGAb） and antiovary antibody（AovAb）. Results The findings were 20 cases（27.7%） AsAb positive, 35 cases（48.6%） EmAb positive, 12 cases （16.7%） AhcGAb positive, 15 cases （20.8%） AovAb positive; While the rates of presenting positive in the missed abortion were respectively 1 case（2%） and 2 cases（4%）, 1 case（2%）, 0 case（0%）. The rate of being positive among the experiment group is much higher than that of the missed abortion（P〈0.01）. Conclusion A tentative conclusion can be drawn that the four kinds of antibodies above may influence ovum matureness,ovulation,fertilization, fertilized ovum embedding,fetal development. The four kinds of antibodies are closely related with missed abortion.
