摘要
采用石油醚浸提技术对含油率为50.1%的污泥进行处理,以回收原油。当温度为45℃,搅拌时间为5min,水加入量为20mL(pH值为9),石油醚加入量为9mL时,油去除率为93.70%。采用气相-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪对石油醚浸提回收的废油进行定性分析并与原油进行了对比,证明该工艺可以有效保证回收废油的油品质量。
Oil sludge was generated to a vast amount in oil exploitation, refinement, transport, and consumption process. It is rich in hydrocarbons, benzene and some poisonous residues. Oil sludge may cause serious environmental pollution if it was discharged directly into the surrounding environment without being treated. Therefore, it cannot achieve safe disposal until its oil content can be reduced to less tbau the tolerable limit. The current methods to dispose of oil sludge are land-filling, incineration and microbial degradation and so on. For the putrpose to meet the disposal limits and recycling of the oil from the sludge, a method of oil extraction from the oil-containing sludge was introduced by using petroleum ether. The petroleum ether used could be distilled at the temperature of 90 TE and then circulated into the extraction reactor. Next, fresh petroleum ether might be added into the reactor to reach the same volume as that of its original. The results of the experimeut show that the recovered rate of oil from the oil sludge is still influenced by some factors, such as the dosage of water, the volume of petroleum ether added, the pH of water, temperature of mixture, as well as the mixed time. More exactly speaking, the rate of recovered oil from the oil sludge containing 50. l wt % oil can be expected to reach 93 % tinder the condition with 9 mL petroleum ether, 20 mL water with pH value 9 added into 20 g oil sludge with the above said mixed time and temperature applied to the reactor. The composition of oil recycled from the sludge proves similar with that of the origimal it.
