电絮聚—SBR工艺处理采气废水 被引量:3

Treatment of Gas Production Wastewater by Electrocoagulation-SBR Processes

摘要 针对气田采气废水的特点,采用电絮凝工艺作为预处理措施,去除部分油类、悬浮物和COD,再利用SBR法进行深度处理,处理结果:油类去除率达97.42%,CODcr的去除率达92.68%,SS去除率达93.54%,达到国家(GB8978-1996)的二级排放标准。其结果表明电絮凝-SBR法处理采气废水效果显著,为采气污水处理提供了一条新途径。 Based on the characteristic of gas production wastewater, first treating a some of oil, SS and COD using electrocoagulation, then secondary treating using SBR technology, result indicate : the removal rate of oil, COD, SS is up to 97.42%, 92. 68%, 93. 54%, using the electrocoagulation- SBR technology can meet Grade Ⅱ requirement of the National Discharge standard( GB8978- 1996) for the wastewater. So the electrocoagulation- SBR technology can treat gas production wastewater well.
