摘要
HACCP智能监控系统在食用菌工厂化生产中的应用能够更好的控制农产品的品质。将自动化监控设备安装于食用菌工厂大型设备上,达到对生产过程实行实时监控的目的。HACCP智能监控系统已成功应用于食用菌的工厂化生产中,它为监控农产品生产过程,保证生产稳定,提高生产效率提供保障功能。于食用菌生产领域的成功应用也为HACCP体系进一步推广到其他农产品的生产活动中提供了范例。结合了国际先进的安全管理体系危害分析和关键控制(HACCP),更为有力的保障了农产品的质量安全,确保了农产品质量符合国际、国内市场要求。
Application of HACCP intelligent supervision control system on edible fungus factory produce could better control the quality of agriculture product. This study will be automated monitoring equipment installed at the large edible mushroom factory equipment; our purpose realized real-time monitoring of production process. HACCP intelligent monitoring system has been successfully applied to the industrial production of edible fungus, HACCP could monitoring agricultural production process, improve production efficiency and ensure stable production .The system＇s successfully application on the field of edible fungus production pro- vided examples to the other agricultural production activities which use HACCP system. This study combines the international advanced security management system hazard analysis and critical control （HACCP）, this study provide more effective guarantee for the quality and safety of agricultural products and ensure the quality of agricultural products meet international and domestic market requirements.
