摘要
[目的]明确人工蝉花的活性成分含量。[方法]用微波法提取人工蝉花和野生蝉花的活性成分,用高效液相色谱法测定虫草素和腺苷含量,用高碘酸钠法测定虫草酸含量,用苯酚-硫酸法测定虫草多糖含量。[结果]人工蝉花的虫草酸含量和野生蝉花相当,虫草多糖含量则高达110.09mg/g;腺苷含量较野生蝉花低,虫草素未能检出,但4种活性成分总量是野生蝉花的1.55倍。[结论]从活性成分含量看,人工蝉花可代替野生蝉花,但还需进行进一步试验。
[Objective] The aim of the paper was to ascertain the content of the active ingredient in artificial Cordyceps sobolifera. [Method] The active ingredient of artificial Cordyceps sobolifera and wild Cordyceps sobolifera were extracted with the microwave extraction method. The contents of cordycepin and adenosine were determined with the HPLC method. The content of cordyceps acid was determined with the sodium periodate method. The content of polysaccharide was determined with the phenol-sulfuric acid method. [Result] The content of cordycepin in artificial Cordyceps sobolifera was comparable to wild Cordyceps sobolifera. The content of polysaccharide was about 110.09 mg/g. The content of adenosine in wild Cordyceps sobolifera was higer than that in artificial cultivation. The cordycepin had not been determined, but the total quantity of the 4 kinds of active ingredients was 1.55 times as great as that of wild Cordyceps sobolifera. [Conclusion] From the content of the active ingredient, the artificial Cordyceps sobolifera might replace the wild Cordyceps sobolifera, but it needed to be carried out by the animal experiment and the clinical test.
