摘要
绿原酸作为植物的一种次生代谢物,具有清除自由基、抗菌消炎、抗病毒、降糖、降血脂、保肝利胆等多种功效。提高绿原酸生产效率,加深对其药理活性机制的认识,是当前研究的热点。从绿原酸的性质、分布、合成、提取方法、测定方法、药理活性及应用等方面概述了其研究进展,展望了通过植物生物反应器大规模生产绿原酸的工艺,为绿原酸和绿原酸类物质的研究开发提供了参考。
Chlorogenic acid, a secondary metabolite, was linked with the functions of scavenging free radicle, antibiosis, antiinflammation, antivirus, antitumor, etc, while as a medicine in curing diabetic, hyperlipemia and hepatitis. At present, the studies on increasing the production of chlorogenic acid and exploring the mechanism of its pharmaceutical activities were very popular. This article reviewed the advances in research on chlorogenic acid from its properties, distribution, synthesis, extraction and determination technology, pharmacologic activity and application, prospected the technology of mass production of chlorogenici acid through plant cell culture in bioreactor. All of these were tried to provide references for the research and development of chlorogenic acid and its analogues.
