摘要 以NaBH4为还原剂,油酸为分散剂,采用液相还原法制备出了纳米Fe-Co-Ni合金,利用XRD、SEM和VSM对样品进行了表征。研究结果表明,在氮气保护下,500℃焙烧,样品由无定形态转化为晶态;颗粒呈球形,平均粒径为55nm;Fe-Co-Ni合金的抗氧化能力较强,在常温下不易被氧化;饱和磁化强度为88.9emu.g-1,矫顽力趋近于零,呈现超顺磁性。 Fe-Co-Ni nanopowders were prepared by Ioquid-phase reduction with NaBH4 as the reducing agent and oleic acid as the dispersant, the sample was characterized by XRD, DSC, SEM and VSM. The results show that the sample is converted from armphous alloy to crystal state after fired at 500℃ under nitrogen. The nanoparticles are spherical and chainlike and the average particle size is 55 nm. The samples have a strong anti-oxidization. The saturation magnetization and coercives force is 88.9 emu · g^- 1 and zero respectively. The samples exhibit superaramagnetization at room temperature.
