摘要
本文采用测定油脂过氧化值(POV值)的方法,以维生素C(Vc)为对照,用藏药蓖齿虎耳草乙醇提取物对3种食用油脂的抗氧化性进行了研究.结果表明,藏药蓖齿虎耳草乙醇提取物对三种油脂均有一定的抗氧化作用.
POV was determined and compared with Vc, the antioxidant effects on three kinds of greases were studied by using Saxifrage ethanol extraction. The results showed that Saxifrage ethanol extraction had definite antioxidant effects on three kinds greases.
