近红外光谱在水果内部品质检测中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 近红外光谱分析以其速度快、不破坏样品、操作简单、稳定性好、效率高等特点成为20世纪90年代以来发展最快、最引人注目的定量分析技术。综述了NIRS技术在定量分析方面的特点,分析了国内外在近红外光谱技术用于水果内部品质检测的最新研究现状,并对利用近红外光谱技术进行水果品质无损检测的研究前景进行了展望。 The near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) had gained wide acceptance in different fields by virtue of its advantages of fast, non- destructive, easy to operation, stability and high effect since 1990's. The characteristics of quantitative analysis of NIRS were summarized. In recent years, many latest studies focused on NIRS to determine the fruit quality were also summarized. The research progress in non - destructive determination of fruit internal quality by NIRS was reviewed.
