摘要
建立了黄芩有效部位中主成分黄芩素、汉黄芩素的RP-HPLC分析方法,并采用改良逐步登高法对色谱条件进行优化。确立色谱条件为:Nova-Pak C_(18)(4.6mm×150mm)柱,水-乙腈-冰醋酸(73:23:3)为流动相,以黄芩素和汉黄芩素为外标,峰面积定量,紫外检测(λ=275um)。本法对黄芩素、汉黄芩素的回收率分别为102.5%,101.0%。初步稳定性实验证明:该品在碱性条件下易分解,在中性及酸性条件下稳定性良好。
A RP-HPLC method is proposed for the quality control of active ingredients from Scatellaria baicalensis in this paper. The modified step climbing method(MSCM) is used for the optimization of mobile phase in chromatography. The good separation and quantitative determination methods are completed on an ODS (5um 4. 6x150 mm) column with UV detector at 275 nm, H2O-CH:,CN-HAc (73 : 23 : 3) as mobile phase. The recoveries of wogonin and baicalein are 102. 5% and 101. 0% respectively.
