摘要
干旱胁迫下,玉米种子经MOC抗旱剂浸种处理后,比清水浸种的对照提早出苗2~4d,植株暂时萎蔫出现时间比对照推迟325~375h,并且对株高、叶片和根的生长、根系活跃吸收表面积等有显著影响,证明MOC抗旱剂参与了玉米的代谢活动,具有增强玉米耐旱能力的作用。
Maize seeds undertaken soaking in the solution of MOC droughtresistance chemicals took 2 to 4 days earlier than soaking in pare water for seedling stage, retarded the period of temporary appeared wilt of the seedlings for 325 to 375 hours under driught stress Significantly effects on plant high, leaf and root growth, active absorption area of root The results indicated that MOC droughtresistance chemicals participated the activity in the metabolism of maize plant and possessed the action on enhanced its potentialities for resisting drought
