摘要
以速生杉木CTMP为原料进行了H2O2、过碳酸钠(PC)和过硼酸钠(PB)与TAED组成的活化体系漂白性能的研究。过氧化物-TAED活化体系漂白反应可以在短时间内完成,适宜的漂白温度55~70℃、漂白时间60min;当过氧化物用量6%~8%时,浆料白度增值可达27%~29%;此漂白体系可使漂后浆料抗张指数、撕裂指数和耐破指数分别提高48%~74%、19%~32%和37%~54%。
Bleaching of CTMP Pulp which was produced from China fir, Cunninghamia lanceolata respectively with hydrogen peroxide ,Sodium perborate and sodium percabonate activated by TAED was investigated in this paper. Compared with the peroxide bleaching without TAED, the bleaching with peroxide-TAED system can be carried out at lower temperature (55-70℃) and shorter time ( 60 min ). TAED dosage was optimized and the suitable mole ratio of TAED to H2O2 is 0.1. The CTMP pulp with initial brightness of 43.8% can obtain a brightness gain of 29.3% by bleaching with H2O2-TAED system under the following conditions: 70℃, 60min, the mole ratio of TAED to H2O2 0.1, 6% H2O2 dosage on oven dry pulp. Similarly a brightness gain of 27.6%ISO and 27.4%ISO can be obtained respectively by bleaching with sodium perborate-TAED and sodium perearbonate-TAED bleaching system at a dosage level of 8 % of the peroxides on oven dry pulp calculated as H2O2.
