基于有限元方法的双定子永磁同步电机齿槽转矩研究 被引量:1

Study on Cogging Torque in Dual-Stator Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine based on Finite Element Method

摘要 永磁电机不通电时永磁体与有槽电枢铁心之间相互作用,产生齿槽转矩,引起低速永磁电机起动困难。为了有效地削弱低速双定子稀土永磁同步电机齿槽转矩,在目前国内外永磁电机齿槽转矩研究基础上,建立了低速双定子稀土永磁同步电机齿槽转矩的解析表达式,针对表达式中影响齿槽转矩大小的一些因素,利用有限元方法进行了仿真分析,得到了影响齿槽转矩大小的变化规律,为电机最优设计提供重要依据。 Due to the cogging torque produced between permanent magnet and slot-ted armature core in Permanent Magnet(PM) machine at no load, it may be difficult for low speed PM machine in start. In order to reduce it effciently, the analytic formula of cogging torque of low speed dual-stator rear-earth permanent magnet synchronous machine is established based on study. Aimed some factors of influencing cogging torque, simulation analysis is carried out by finite element method. The influencing rules of cogging torque are also gained. It may present important basis for optimum design of PM machine.
