摘要
砂岩储气库注采井必须满足安全和强注强采的要求,注采井射孔工艺推荐高孔密、深穿透以及油管传输一次负压射孔。注采井管柱采用永久封隔器或可取封隔器防止井流物对上部套管和井下安全系统的腐蚀,并采用气密封丝扣。注采井管材选择应考虑储存气体含腐蚀介质的情况,管柱尺寸应考虑最大采气量下的气体冲蚀和满足携带液体的能力,井口应耐高压和腐蚀,并装配井下安全阀。以我国已建成的第一座储气库———大张坨储气库为例,总结了砂岩储气库的完井工艺,可为后续储气库的完井设计提供借鉴。
The injecting-producing well completion of gas-storing reservoir must meet the safety and the designed injection-production requirement. The high density perforating, deep penetrating, tubing conveys and under-balance perforating are recommended for these wells. To avoid the well fluid corrosion to the upper casing and the downhole safety system, the permanent or the recoverable packers must be used and the tubing threads must be air tight. The tubing material selection should consider the corrosiveness of the storing-gas. The determination of the tubing size should consider the gas-erosion and the fluid carrying capacities under the maximum production rate. The wellhead must be high pressure resistant and corrosion resistant and be equipped with downhole safety valves. Using Dazhangtuo gas-storage reservoir, the first one build in China, as an example, this paper summarizes the well completion techniques and provides design experience for other gas-storage reservoirs.
