摘要
目的分析闵行区外来流动人口传染病综合防治工作现状及存在的问题,探讨加强外来流动人口传染病预防控制的对策和方法。方法采用文献检索、资料查询、问卷调查和收集意见等方法。结果闵行区外来流动人口传染病综合防治工作存在多部门防治有效机制尚未建立,外来流动人口文化素质不一、流动性大,业务部门宣传形式单一以及医疗费用高等问题,要从加强多部门合作"日常意识"、提高社区卫生服务中心能力、提供更切实的健康教育、继续加强爱国卫生工作和招募志愿者等方面采取综合性措施加强外来流动人口传染病的综合防治。结论外来流动人口是闵行区社区居民的重要组成部分,加强外来流动人口传染病综合防治工作在提高闵行区社区居民健康水平、构建和谐闵行区方面具有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the present situation about comprehensive prevention and cure for communicable disease in migrant population at Minhang District and explore countermeasures to improve management. METHODS The methods, such as literature retrieval, information reference, questionnaires are used. RESULTS Many problems, lacking effective mechanisms in improving cooperation and propaganda style, lower education quality and higher influence in migrant population, and high medical expense, exist in comprehensive prevention and cure for communicable diseases. As a result, comprehensive measures about communicable disease prevention and cure should be strengthened in cooperation among different sections, function improving of community health service center, enriching styles of health education and volunteer recruit and so on. CONCLUSIONS Migrant population is an big part among population in Minhang District. It is very important to strengthen the comprehensive prevention and cure for communicable disease, which also contributes to the improvement of health level of inhabitant and the social harmony in Minhang District.
